1. Step

Place a shin splint in a dish and cover the shin splint with boiling water - Important that the entire shin splint is covered.

2. Step

Use a fork and keep the leg splint moving in the water for approx. 30 seconds.

3. Step

Use the fork to take the shin splint out of the water and quickly place the shin splint in the desired location on the shin bone.

(If necessary, use a football sock so that the warm shin splint does not have direct contact with the shin. )

4. Step

Allow the shin splint to cool on the shin for approx. 30 seconds until hardened.

5. Step

Repeat the entire process from steps 1-4 with the other leg brace.

6+7. Step

Add foam to the back of your newly shaped leg braces, and cut if necessary. excess foam off with scissors.
