Prices
At Shads Football All prices are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment
Shads Football accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank transfer . Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Shads Football strives to ship orders within 1-3 days.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order has been produced.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a warranty claim "immediately" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Shads Football will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Free Exchange
1. General Conditions
- These conditions apply to all customers who wish to exchange a product purchased from Shads Football.
- Free exchange only applies to products that meet the requirements described below.
2. Criteria for Free Exchange
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in unused and undamaged condition and in original packaging.
- Shin guards that are customized, personalized, or via our design-yourself feature are not eligible for free replacement.
3. Replacement process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service via support@shadsfootball.dk with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
- Once the exchange is approved, we will send you a return label that you can use to send the product back to us.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you the new product at no additional cost.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- The cost of return shipping is covered by Shads Football as long as our return label is used.
- The new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned product.
- Free exchange does not include shipping abroad. Customers outside Denmark will be charged shipping costs for the new shipment.
5. Limitations
- We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
- Free exchange can only be used once per order. Additional exchanges on the same order may incur additional costs.

Exchange and return
When you shop at Shads Football you always have a 14 day return policy on NON-personalized items from the day you receive your order. This means that you can send unused items back to us up to 14 days after you received/collected your package and get your money back.
NOTE: The item must be returned in the same condition and with all original labels/marks as upon receipt and in/with intact product packaging.
NB! PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 3.
All shin guards purchased from Shads Football will be designated as PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, even if your name or similar is not written on them. This is because you have designed them yourself via our 3D configurator.
According to the Danish Sales Act, you can have a defective product repaired, exchanged, a price reduction or your money back, depending on the specific situation - unless the error is due to breach of contract or negligence. Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from SHADS Football must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error and must be contacted at info@shadsfootball.dk
Please also note that you bear the risk when you send an item/package to us until receipt. Therefore, remember to pack the item in proper packaging and save the shipping receipt for future reference.
