Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices without notice and to make reservations for sold-out items and any pricing errors.
We accept payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, PayPal, and bank transfer. The amount will only be debited when the item is dispatched.
Delivery
We aim to produce and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. The total delivery time is typically 2–4 business days after production.
For personalized or custom-made products, delivery times may vary, which will be indicated at the time of order.
If a package cannot be delivered to the chosen pick-up point, it will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point.
Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints
To ensure fast and correct processing, all inquiries regarding the right of withdrawal, exchange, complaints, or order errors must be submitted via our form.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalized items from the day you receive your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, including in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received and approved the returned item.
Personalized Products
Products manufactured according to customer specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2, no. 3.
This applies, among other things, to shin guards designed via our 3D configurator, as well as products with names and/or numbers.
Since the product is custom-made for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, the right to complain still applies.
Exchange
We offer one free exchange per order for non-personalized products. Exchange must be requested within 14 days, and the item must be unused and in original condition.
Free exchange only applies to deliveries in Denmark and can only be used once per order. Upon approved exchange, we will send a return label. If further exchanges are desired, the customer pays the shipping costs.
Right to Complain
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not cover ordinary wear and tear, incorrect use, or damage caused by neglect. In the event of an approved complaint, the item may be repaired, exchanged, refunded, or price-reduced depending on the specific situation.
In the event of an approved complaint, we cover reasonable return costs.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, this is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
For reshipment, the customer pays new shipping costs. In case of cancellation or refund, the original shipping, return shipping, and a handling fee of DKK 49 will be deducted.
Refund
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Repayment occurs no later than 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item.
Personal Data
To complete a transaction, we collect name, address, phone number, email, and purchase information. This information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can read more in our personal data policy.
